What is the minimum income required?

The minimum income for our apartments is $36,000 per year. If you have less income, a Co-Signer will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

What is the minimum credit score?

We do not have a minimum credit score requirement, but a credit report will be evaluated. Recent late payments are not permitted.

What if I had an eviction?

Past evictions may not be permitted. They will be based on a case-by-case basis, and an explanation for the eviction will be required. A Co-Signer will be required for any applicants will past evictions.

What if I had a bankruptcy?

Bankruptcy may not be permitted. They will be based on a case-by-case basis, and an explanation for the bankruptcy will be required. A Co-Signer will be required for any applicants will past bankruptcy.

Do you accept Section 8?

We do accept all forms of income as long as the minimum income requirements are met.

Why is payment Bi-Weekly (every other week)?

We have found that our residents have an easier time managing payments on a biweekly schedule. It allows our residents to budget their money on a more consistent basis. It also allows our management team to mitigate the risk of late payments and evictions.

How do I schedule a showing?

We offer contactless showings! You can schedule a showing at any time. Once you upload a copy of your driver’s license for security, you will be given a security code to access the property and a calendar to pick your showing time.
